Laura Wong-Pan has practiced employment and labor law for 30 years.

​

Before opening up this practice in 2018, she worked for the National Labor Relations Board, represented unions in NYC, served as Senior Assistant County Attorney in Orange County, and was partner in a Dutchess County-based firm representing schools and educational institutions.

Ms. Wong-Pan currently serves on arbitration panels, including for FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
